As Post Jonesboro's sole staffing partner, we've built a steadier cereal workforce every year. Assignments last twice as long as they did in 2024, and 108 Teammates have moved up into lead and Supertemp roles. Now we want to bring that to Northfield.
One partner for the whole floor
Ōnin has been Post Jonesboro's only staffing partner since 2024. Every contingent Teammate on the floor is Ōnin. Supertemps work the lines alongside Post employees, production support crews flex with the schedule and seasonal interns work in Quality Assurance and the office.
A dedicated Onsite Supervisor runs the account day to day, backed by three nearby Ōnin branches in Jonesboro, Paragould and Pocahontas. Issues are rare, and when one comes up, it gets handled fast.
Saira Castillo worked about two years as an Ōnin lead on day shift. Post noticed how seriously she took the role. She interviewed, and her offer came seven days later. She still tells current Teammates to stay dedicated, because their shot is coming too.
The line schedule sets the crew
Post's staffing need changes week to week with which lines are running. When the raisins-and-dates line runs, Post needs seven Teammates per shift. Lines one through four alone need four. Our job is to put the right number of people on the right line every shift.

A cereal plant runs on a schedule that shifts by the week. Lines start and stop, and the crew has to flex without losing the people who know the work. These are the numbers we hold ourselves to at Jonesboro.

36% lower turnover. Monthly turnover is down more than a third since 2024. Fewer restarts means less time spent training.
